About Our Clinical Lead

Josie WInter MSc

Josie, the co-founder and Clinical Lead, is dedicated to enhancing patient safety and quality improvements in healthcare. With over two decades of experience in the NHS & Healthcare. She holds degrees in Operating Department Practice and Infection Prevention and Control. Josie actively contributes to academia, lecturing at the University of Lincoln at the College of Health and Science . She specialises in guiding clients through regulatory ,governance and safety complexities, including the CQC. As well as her Aesthetics and Clinical Qualifications she holds advanced qualifications in Clinical Audit & Governance, Patient Safety, and Healthcare Quality.
